Sweet Potato Chocolate Pudding image

this is great when you want something different before i made this i said to myself who would want to eat this but when i tried it it was really good

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 large baked sweet potatoes, skins removed
1/3 to 1/2 c non dairy milk of choice
2 to 3 Tbsp cocoa powder
3 Tbsp coconut oil or butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
(optional) raw honey, maple syrup or chocolate chips, as desired

Steps:

  • 1. combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
