Sweet n Spicy Ham Recipe in Crock Pot image

Practically a no brainer recipe! A sweet and somewhat spicy paste encases the ham, and the result is a wonderful down home entree!

1 semi-boneless ham
1/2 c cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp horseradish
1/2 c coke

Steps:

  • 1. Combine brown sugar, dry mustard, horseradish with only enough of the coke to form a paste. Smear all over the ham. Place ham with the remaining coke in a crock pot, DO NOT PORE COKE ON TOP OF HAM, PORE ALONG SIDE OF HAM Cover and cook on low for 4 to 6 hours
