Sweet Irish Bread image

Not your typical minimally sweet Irish Soda Bread. This one is moist and sweeter than most. Has raisins and caraway seeds. Great with Corned Beef Dinner on St. Patrick's Day! Delicious the next morning toasted, too! Got this recipe from my mother in law.
