This is an easy appetizer for your next party and can be whipped up in no time. We really enjoyed these flaky puff pastry bites with a warm jalapeno cream cheese center. The pepper jelly adds a hint of sweetness and spice.

Steps:
- 1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cream cheese and chopped jalapenos in a small bowl. Drop 1/2 inch balls onto a wax paper-lined plate. Place cream cheese balls into the freezer while you prepare puff pastry (about 15 minutes).
- 2. Unfold sheets of puff pastry and roll over with a rolling pin to remove creases.
- 3. Cut each sheet in half, then in half again, and so on until you have 32 squares.
- 4. Place each square into a greased mini muffin cup. Arrange so corners a pointed up. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes.
- 5. Place one cream cheese ball into each pastry cup. Push in if the pastry has begun to puff.
- 6. Return to oven and bake an additional 8 - 10 minutes or until pastry is golden brown.
- 7. Remove pastries from the tin and immediately top with 1/2 teaspoon pepper jelly. Serve warm.
