This is so easy, but oh so good! I make this when I need a change from the usual vegetable side dish. My family loves them!

Steps:
- 1. Melt butter in a saucepan.
- 2. Add carrots, honey & spices.
- 3. Heat on med, then turn to low heat & simmer until carrots are tender-crisp & sauce begins to thicken a bit, stirring often.
- 4. Serve with sauce drizzled over top.
