Steps:
- 1. Combine sugar, flour and salt in medium bowl. Whisk in heavy cream and vanilla.
- 2. Pour mixture into pie shell.
- 3. Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes then reduce temp to 375 and bake for additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden and just bubbly around the edges.
- 4. Cool on rack; then refrigerate for 3 hours.
- 5. Top with whipped topping and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- 6. Enjoy!
