SWEET COUNTRY CHICKEN WINGS image

2 to 2 1/2 Pounds of Chicken Wings
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup molassses
2 tablespoons chilli sauce
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cloves garlic, finely chopped

Steps:

  • Divided each wing and the joint and discard the tips. Mix remaining ingrediants and pour over chicken. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, tunring occasionally. Heat over to 375 degrees. Line broiler pan with aluminum foil. Remove chicken from marinade; reserve marinade. Place chicken in a single layer on broiler pan; brush with marinade. Bake for 30 minutes; turn. Bake about 20 more minutes; occasionally with marinade. Cook until the chicken until the wings are a deep brown color and until the inside is no longer pink. Discard any remaining marinade.
