Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350º. Wash and clean the chicken breast. Pat dry. Now cut into bite size pieces about 1" cubes. Place in a bag, add the chicken wing sauce, close bag. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour.
- 2. Remove the chicken and wrap with bacon, secure with a toothpick. Now mix the brown sugar, chili powder and cayenne pepper in a pie plate and mix together.
- 3. Roll the bacon wrapped chicken in the sugar mix on all sides. Place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper or foil sprayed with non-stick spray.
- 4. Bake in 350º oven for 30 to 35 minutes.
