Sweet Aromatic Chicken in Crockpot image

I found this recipe in the local newspaper. It sounded good so I tried it with just a little tweaking.See if you like it.

Number Of Ingredients 7

3/4 c coconut milk
1/2 c water
6-8 pkg chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
1/2 c brown sugar, lightly packed
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1/8 tsp clove, ground
2 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • 1. Combine coconut milk and water. Pour into greased slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients in order listed. Cover. Cook on low 5-6 hours.
