Had this beautiful Brisket a couple of weeks ago and man was it delicious. We had Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Corn On The Cob with it.

Steps:
- 1. Place half of the brisket in a slow cooker. In a bowl, combine the ketchup, jelly, soup mix and pepper; spread half over meat.
- 2. Top with remaining meat and ketchup mixture. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. Slice brisket; serve with cooking juices. 8-10 servings.
- 3. *Be sure you are using a fresh beef brisket, not a corned beef.
