Swedish Nut Cake image

Here is a wonderful coffee cake that can be baked in your bundt pan and tastes so good with coffee or tea, very enjoyable -

2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 cup pecans
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple in juice
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Bake for 25-35 minutes.
