Steps:
- Brown ground beef and onion together with the garlic salt, pepper, onion powder, and nutmeg in a medium sized pan over medium high heat.
- Add in the beef broth and orzo and reduce heat to medium low. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Continue cooking and stirring until the orzo is tender.
- Remove from heat and stir in the sour cream. Serve hot with crusty bread and a green salad.
