This microwaved casserole made with stuffing mix, tuna, cheese, peas and cream of mushroom soup takes only 20 minutes from start to finish.

Steps:
- Beat eggs and milk large bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Stir in stuffing mix, 1 cup of the cheese, the peas, tuna, soup, onions and pimiento until well blended. Spoon into greased 9-inch microwaveable pie plate. Cover loosely with sheet of wax paper.
- Microwave on HIGH 5 minutes. Stir thoroughly to completely mix center and outside edge; smooth top. Cover. Microwave an additional 5 minutes or until center is no longer wet.
- Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese; cover. Let stand 5 minutes.
