Supervisor Liver and Onions image

This recipe was taught to me by my supervisor when I worked in a nursing home, never liked liver before that,have been making this way ever since and that was 39 years ago. Every time I make this I think of that wonderful lady who has since passed. Enjoy.

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb beef liver
1 large onion( cut in rings)
2 can(s) mushroom soup
1 can(s) water
1 bag(s) flour, seasoned

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2. sauté pan with 3 tablespoons oil.
  • 3. (seasoned flour) salt, pepper, garlic salt, celery salt, and paprika
  • 4. dredge liver in seasoned salt brown on both sides place in baking dish.
  • 5. cover liver with onion rings, mix soups with water pour over liver and onions. Bake for 1 1/2 hour in 350 degree oven. Serve
