This is my own take on a Subway sandwich. It is now the most requested meal in our house . It is quick and easy. I have made small modifications and my husband now thinks it is the perfect sandwich. You can use premade marinara sauce, but I prefer to use "basic marinara sauce" by Diamond Joe (Recipe #268149) Prep time does not include making the marinara.
