all of my family loves this chili. If I have a lot left over, I put it in a freezer zip lock bag and froze it. Sometimes I would take it out in the morning and have for lunch on the week end.

Steps:
- 1. In a large dutch oven, brown beef and onions. drain. add garlic and cook 3 more mins.
- 2. Add all tomatoes, chili seasonings, and tomato juice. Bring to a simmer.
- 3. Add both beans and Cider Vinagar. stir. Bring back to a boil.
- 4. Cook in crock pot .
- 5. Cut each tamale into 3 pieces. last 15 mins of cooking, add tamales. Stir slowly so not to break up tamales. Serve..
