Steps:
- 1. In a large skillet on medium heat, saute bell pepper and onions in butter until tender, stirring frequently.
- 2. Stir in water, kidney beans, chicken bouillon and hot sauce. Bring to a boil. Stir in the rice and cover.
- 3. Remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve immediately. This can either be a main dish with a salad and rolls, or it can be a side dish accompanying the meat of your choice.
