Steps:
- Preheat oven to 100'C
- Mix in the flour and sugar.
- Add the egg and mix in.
- Add the milk slowly and mix until there are no lumps left.
- Add the mixture to the pan slowly in pancake sizes.
- Let them cool on a cooling rack or eat hot.
- Butter or sprinkle with sugar and a bit of lemon juice.
