Steps:
- Cook broccoli until barely done; drain well
- Saute onion, celery and parsley in butter.
- Add curry powder and flour; blend well.
- Add soup and milk. Cook until bubbly and thick. Add grated cheese. Stir and melt.
- Place broccoli in casserole dish. Pour sauce over and top with buttered crumbs.
- Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
