Steps:
- Heat margarine and marmalade, stirring constantly, until marmalade melts. Mix sugar and cornstarch slowly stir into marmalade mixture. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly. Remove from heat stir in lemon juice and rind. Fold in bananas. Fill center of crepes with sour cream roll and top with marmalade mixture. Sprinkle lightly with nutmeg.
