When I lived in the city, my favorite coffee house, use to sell this coffee, it was awesome. The beans are a little difficult to find, but well worth the effort. You will have 1 lb Sunshine coffee blend, using Mocha Java & Ethiopia Limu beans. Make to your taste preference .... Mocha Java - Exotic with a slightly sweet...

Number Of Ingredients 6

1/2 lb mocha java coffee beans, not ground
1/2 lb ethiopia limu coffee beans, not ground
7 - 8 oz cold water
3 - 4 Tbsp ground coffee, sunshine mixture (coffee beans listed above)
1 tsp white sugar
1 oz 2% low-fat milk

Steps:

  • 1. Mix the two types of coffee beans together and store in a container with a tight fitting lid.
  • 2. To ensure a great cup of coffee always use freshly ground beans and cold water.
  • 3. Prepare coffee to your personal preference and enjoy.
