Sundae Brownie Pie image

Number Of Ingredients 13

1 9 inch unbaked pie shell
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c peanut butter chips
1/2 c butter, melted
1/2 c all purpose flour
1/3 c cocoa
1/2 c chopped nuts
ice cream
1/2 tsp salt
chocolate kisses

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2. Generously prick bottom and sides of pie crust with fork.
  • 3. Bake crust 10 minutes; remove from oven.
  • 4. Meanwhile, in large bowl, beat eggs; stir in sugar and butter.
  • 5. Stir together flour, cocoa and salt; add to butter mixture.
  • 6. Stir in vanilla, chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and nuts.
  • 7. Pour into pie crust; return to oven.
  • 8. Bake additional 25 to 30 minutes or until almost set.
  • 9. (Pie will not test done in center.)
  • 10. Serve warm or cool with ice cream; drizzle with topping.
  • 11. Garnish with kiss.
