Summer's Bounty Smoothies image

Turn a plain ol' banana into an energizing breakfast drink.

Number Of Ingredients 4

1 ripe banana, peeled, cut into chunks
1 ripe nectarine, peeled, pitted and quartered
4 to 5 large fresh strawberries, cut in half
1 cup strawberry frozen yogurt

Steps:

  • In blender or food processor, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed 20 to 30 seconds or until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.
