SUMMER SAUSAGE SNACK PLATTER image

One of my very favorite holiday snacks. My husband, son and I would often have this on Christmas Eve, picnic-style, while watching "It's a Wonderful Life" on tv. Now I like to serve it on New Year's Eve instead or in addition to Christmas Eve. Photo by: sodahead.com

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 stick(s) (1 or 2 lb.) beef stick summer sausage
3 or 4 - wedges of favorite cheese varieties
1 box(es) wheat thin crackers
1 box(es) triscuits crackers
1 box(es) ritz or other favorite cracker

Steps:

  • Slice the summer sausage and remove casing. Slice cheeses and arrange on a platter or on individual plates, with crackers. Serve with your favorite beverage.
