Number Of Ingredients 3

1 c blanched almonds
3/4 c each raisins, dried apricots, chopped dates and walnuts.
1/4 c orange juice

Steps:

  • pulse all dry ingredients in food processor, until they form coarse meal. Add OJ and pulse until the mixture sticks together. Shape dough into 1 inch balls, then roll in sugar. (raw sugar?) Set in candy paper liners and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
