Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. , Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. Bake at 400° for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. , In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip muffin tops in melted butter, then in cinnamon-sugar.
