Sugar Free Teriyaki Marinade image

0.5 cups sugar
0.5 cups soy sauce
1.5 tablespoons red wine vinegar
0.75 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons oil
1 cloves garlic

Steps:

  • Whisk or shake to dissolve the sugar/Splenda in the soy sauce and vinegar. Add the remaining ingredients and whisk or shake well.
  • Marinate meat or vegetables for at least 30 minutes before grilling or baking. The longer you marinate the stronger the flavor and the more tender the meat.
