Sugar-Free Rhubarb Crisp image

Number Of Ingredients 7

6 cups rhubarb, diced
1 1/2 cups xylitol or splenda sweetener, divided
3 tablespoons water
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter, softened

Steps:

  • In a Dutch oven, combine rhubarb, 1 cup Splenda® and water. In a medium bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, salt, and butter. Mix by hand until crumbly. Bake at 350°F for about 1 hour until bubbly.
