Sue's Saucey Meatloaf image

This meatloaf is quite moist and flavorful. You can leave the sauce off and simply serve at the table. However it is delicious cooked on top.

Number Of Ingredients 14

1 lb ground chuck
1/2 lb ground pork
2 eggs
1 c milk
1/3 c chopped onion
1/3 c parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt
2/3 c italian bread crumbs
1 Tbsp worchestershire sauce
3/4 c packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp worchestershire sauce
3/4 c ketchup
1 1/2 tsp dry mustard

Steps:

  • 1. Combine first 10 ingredients and shape into loaf.Bake at 350degrees one hour and 15 minutes.
  • 2. Make sauce with remaining 4 ingredients. Pour over loaf during final 15 minutes.Save some sauce and serve with slices of meatloaf.
