3 tablespoons Shortening
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk
1 cup 4X Sugar
2 tablespoons Butter

Steps:

  • Combine brown sugar, shortening, butter and evaporated milk in saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Cool and beat in 4X sugar
