Succulent glazed pork chops image

The glaze for these chops is awesome. The juice gives it a sweetness, while the mustard gives them a bite. Yum!

Number Of Ingredients 7

4 boneless pork loin chops, 1"-thick
salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp canola oil
1/2 c orange juice
1/2 c dijon mustard
2 Tbsp honey
2 tsp cornstarch

Steps:

  • 1. Sprinkle both sides of chops w// salt and pepper. In lg skillet over medium heat, heat oil Brown chops on both sides.
  • 2. In bowl, combine remaining ingredients. Pour sauce over chops. Cover pan, reduce heat to low and simmer about 10 mins, or until no longer pink inside. Spoon sauce over chops and serve.
