STUFFED BAKED TOMATOES image

I LOVE TOMATOES!

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 plum tomatoes
3 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 c chopped basil
1 clove garlic,minced
1 pinch salt and pepper

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 400. Cut tomatoes in half lengthwise. Use a spoon to scoop out insides of each tomato, roughly chop pulp. Combine pulp, cheese, garlic, basil, salt and pepper.
  • 2. Place tomato shells cut side up on baking sheet that has been sprayed. Spoon tomato pulp mix into shells, bake 10 minutes.
