THIS ALWAYS DISAPPEARS QUICKLY...I ALWAYS ADD PEPPERONI BUT HAD NONE THIS TIME N IT STILL TURND OUT WONDERFUL :)

1 package(s) pizza dough (store bought or homemade)
1/8 cup(s) all purpose flour
1/2 pound(s) genoa salami, sliced
1/2 pound(s) provolone, sliced
1/2 pound(s) pepperoni, sliced (i did not use this time)
2 tablespoon(s) parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon(s) italian seasoning
1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 cup(s) olive oil

Steps:

  • SPRINKLE FLOUR ON FLAT WORK SURFACE. STRETCH OUT PIZZA DOUGH TO FORM A RECTANGLE FLIP TO GET FLOUR ON OTHER SIDE N SLICE INTO 4 PIECES.
  • NOW CUT DOUGH INTO 16 PIECES N LAY ONE SLIGHTLY FITTED PIECE OF SALAMI N PROVOLONE N ROLL UP ON THE DIAGONAL.(U CAN ADD A SLICE OF PEPPERONI TOO)
  • COMBINE ITALIAN SEASONING, GARLIC POWDER, PARM CHEESE N RED PEPPER FLAKES IN SMALL BOWL. BRUSH EACH ROLLED UP STOMBOLI WITH A LITTLE OLIVE OIL N SPRINKLE WITH SEASONING MIXTURE...PRESSING LIGHTLY.
  • BAKE IN PREHEATED 400 DEGREE OVEN FOR 15 MINUTES OR UNTIL SLIGHTLY BROWNED....ENJOY :)
