CRUST:
1-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs or flour
1/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup melted butter
PUDDING:
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 - 8 oz container cool whip
2 packages (4 serving size) Jello Instant pudding, any flavor (I use chocolate)
3-1/2 cups cold milk

Steps:

Mix ingredients for crust and press firmly in 13 X 9 X 2" pan and bake until browned. Beat cream cheese with sugar and 2 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Fold in half the whipped topping and spread over cooled crust. Prepare pudding as directed on package using 3-1/2 cups milk and pour over cream cheese layer. Chill several hours or overnight. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Garnish with grated chocolate or chopped nuts if desired.
