Steps:
- Boil the beans until just tender, but still slightly crisp and bright green. Tend carefully and when done, plunge into ice water to stop the cooking. This will take 4 to 5 minutes after bringing to a boil. Drain. This can be done way ahead of time. When ready to cook, heat olive oil in large skillet (or dutch oven). Add the ginger, garlic and beans and cook, stirring and tossing constantly until the beans are heated through and the ginger and garlic are softened and aromatic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
