Strawberry Topping image

Another one of the yummy recipes from a dinner party Barb & Dad had...

Number Of Ingredients 3

1 pint(s) strawberries, clean and stem
1/3 cup(s) sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla

Steps:

  • Chop all berries, set 13 aside and cook 2.3 with remaining ingredients. Whisk berries while cooking until sauce thickens, abut 5 min at med heat. Then combine with the reserved berries.
  • Serve this over ice cream, maybe crepes? Barb did this over ice cream at a dinner party...
