Steps:
- Cook the almonds and 2 tsp of the sugar in a microwave-safe dish on high for 1 minute. Cool. Place the salad greens, celery, scallions, strawberries, and mandarin orange segments in a salad bowl. Combine the vegetable oil, remaining 2 tsp sugar, and cider vinegar and toss the salad with this dressing. Top with the sugared almonds.
