Steps:
- Crust: Combine pretzels, butter and 3 Tablespoons sugar. Press into 10 x 15 ungreased pan. Bake 375 degrees for 10 minutes. COOL
- Soften cream cheese and mix remaining sugar. Fold in cool whip. Spread over pretzel crust and chill.
- Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add frozen strawberries and stir until melted. Chill. When jello is almost set, pour over cream cheese layer and chill.
