1-1/2 cups crushed pretzels
1/2 cup sugar, divided
1/2 cup butter, melted
1 pkg. (2-layer size) white cake mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
1-1/2 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese (12 oz.), softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
2 cups sliced strawberries

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350ºF.
  • Combine pretzels crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour 2 cups batter into medium bowl; stir in dry gelatin mix until blended. Pour remaining (plain) cake batter over crust; top with gelatin-flavored batter.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until top is golden brown. Cool completely.
  • Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and milk in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Spread over cake; top with strawberries.
