Steps:
- Heat oven to 350ºF.
- Combine pretzels crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray.
- Prepare cake batter as directed on package. Pour 2 cups batter into medium bowl; stir in dry gelatin mix until blended. Pour remaining (plain) cake batter over crust; top with gelatin-flavored batter.
- Bake 35 to 40 min. or until top is golden brown. Cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, remaining sugar and milk in large bowl with mixer until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Spread over cake; top with strawberries.
