STRAWBERRY MANGO SPINACH SALAD image

This salad is good and refreashing on a hot day or anytime. It is good with a steak dinner.

Number Of Ingredients 9

1 medium onion
1 cup(s) olive oil
1/4 cup(s) apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt
2/3 cup(s) sugar
2 pound(s) baby spinach
16 slice(s) bacon
10 medium stawberries sliced
1 medium mango peeled and cubed

Steps:

  • FOR OIL; Chop onion fine, put onion, vinegar, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Wisk together, add oil and wisk more until well blended.
  • FOR SALAD; Wash spinach and dry very well. Crumble cooked bacon, slice strawberries, peel and cube mango.
  • Toss salad just before serving, and add dressing
