- *** Spray a big frying pan with Pam and let it heat up a bit - Add a few generous handfuls of slivered almonds - Once they have started to heat up, start adding sugar by the tablespoonfuls - You have to watch & keep mixing them around since they can burn fast - Once they are well coated, transfer them on parchment paper or wax paper to cool Mix all salad ingredients together & add dressing
