Strawberry-

Very good. Light and easy.

Number Of Ingredients 5

4 cup(s) fresh strawberries, divided
2 tablespoon(s) fresh lime juice
1 package(s) 4 serving size jello instant vanilla fat free instant pudding
1 cup(s) light cool whip, thawed
1 - prepared angel food cake

Steps:

  • 1 RESERVE 5 strawberries. Mash remaining strawberries in large bowl; stir in lime juice. Add dry pudding mix; stir 2 min. Gently stir in Cool Whip.
  • Cut cake into cubes. Layer in 13x9 pan, cake, filling, cake and end with filling.
  • REFRIGERATE 1 hour. Top with reserved berries before serving.
