Strawberry Frost image

My son's fiance deserves all the credit for this one - I just wanted to share it here so I could keep it in my Happy Hour folder...and thought you might like to do the same. It's delicious and refreshing at the end of a long, hot, summer, afternoon.

Number Of Ingredients 6

- 2 cans frozen limeade concentrate
- 1 bag (14 oz.) frozen sliced strawberries
- 4 oz. (1/2 cup) triple sec
- 8 oz. (1 cup) vodka
- lemon-lime soda
- 4 - 6 whole strawberries for garnish, optional

Steps:

  • In a food processor or blender, thoroughly blend limeade concentrate, strawberries, triple sec and vodka together. Divide between glasses and top off with lemon lime soda.
  • Garnish if desired. Serve with drinking straw, and a little paper umbrella, if you happen to have some. Why not? ;-)
