Strawberry Fields Smoothie image

2 cups fresh spinach
2 cups frozen unsweetened strawberries
1 cup chopped cucumber
2 carrots, chopped
1 banana, cut into chunks
1 apple, chopped
⅔ cup water
½ cup ice cubes, or as desired
1 tablespoon flax seed, or to taste

Steps:

  • Blend spinach, strawberries, cucumber, carrots, banana, apple, water, ice cubes, and flax seed together in a blender until smooth.
