Strawberry Brownies image

Instead of whole milk and vegetable oil or butter. Using almond milk and coconut oil.

1 Box strawberry cake mix (non pudding)
2 Tbsp. almond milk
2 eggs
1/3 Cup coconut oil (room temperature liquified)
1 Cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350*
  • 2. Mix cake mix, eggs, & coconut oil by hand until well blended.
  • 3. Bake for 15 minutes in a 9x13 baking pan.
  • 4. While brownies cool mix in small saucepan on low the almond mild and powdered sugar to make a glaze. Pour over cooled brownies.
