Steps:
- Combine pineapple juice, yogurt, strawberries and bananas into a blender container. Cover and blend until smooth.
- To use frozen bananas when you buy your bananas just peel and cut into 1 inch pieces for easy use.
- Put in a covered container and freeze until ready to make your smoothie.
