Strawberry Banana Cream-Yogurt Pudding image

Whip up our Strawberry Banana Cream-Yogurt Pudding. This creamy and fruity recipe only takes 20 minutes to make and is great for an afternoon treat.

3 containers (6 oz. each) strawberry low-fat yogurt
1 container (16 oz.) light sour cream
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
64 reduced-fat vanilla wafers (8 oz.), divided
3 ripe banana, cut into 1/4-inch slices, divided
1 pt. strawberries, sliced, divided
1 cup thawed COOL WHIP LITE Whipped Topping

Steps:

  • Combine first 3 ingredients until blended.
  • Arrange layer of wafers onto bottom and up side of 2-qt. glass bowl. Pour 1/3 of the yogurt mixture over wafers. Top with 1/3 each of the bananas and strawberries. Repeat layers twice, ending with yogurt mixture. Refrigerate dessert and remaining fruit 2 hours.
  • Top with COOL WHIP and remaining fruit just before serving.
