Strawberry-Apricot Preserves image

How to make Strawberry-Apricot Preserves

Number Of Ingredients 3

3 cup mashed ripe apricots
3 cup sugar
2 3-ounce packages strawberry gelatin mix

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and cook 4 minutes at a rolling boil. Stir frequently. Skim. Pour into sterilized jars; seal.
