Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 Cream butter, sugar, vanilla and lemon extract until light and fluffy Add eggs 1 at a time beating well after each egg Sift together dry ingredients Combine jam and sour cream Add dry ingredients and jam mixture in installments Pour batter into 2 wax papper lined bread pans, 8 1/2x4 1/2" Bake about 50 minutes Cool 10 minutes, remove from pan
