One of the vegetables I have success with in the garden are bell peppers. This is to help use some of them up!

Steps:
- Pour 1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon sesame oil around the top of a preheated wok or large skillet, coating the sides; heat at medium high (375ยบ) for 2 minutes.
- Add the peppers and snow peas, and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add the sake, and stir-fry 1 minute. Add the green onions and Spicy Garlic Dressing. Stir fry for 45 seconds. Serve immediately.
- For the Spicy Garlic Dressing: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir well.
